The market town of Haverford west is just about 4.5 miles away. There is a weekly farmers market in the street. A pleasant shopping precinct split in to two parts by the river (feed the ducks and go shopping) large supermarkets and a retail park is just out of town with the usual large shopping outlets.
New gale beach Is just 4 miles away, with easy parking. A real nice sandy beach perfect for a nice walk, even nice if the weather is wet and rough because you can sit in the car and watch the waves making this a popular beach for surfers and families
The harbour at solva is about six miles along the coastal road perfect for a nice stroll and look at the boats. Access the coastal path before enjoying refreshment in one of the many pubs, restaurants and cafes
The park owners ‘Richard and Christine White’ live adjoining the park so if it is difficult to make the open weekend please call them direct to make an appointment for a friendly and informal viewing of any of the park homes.
If you would prefer to sample a few days or a weekend visit, and have a good look at the area, Scamford Park will endeavour to make accommodation arrangements.
