You will probably wish to Insure your Leisure Home against a range of perils, such as flood, fire, theft, storm and flood. If you were to suffer a total loss, you may decide that new for old cover is required to ensure there is no shortfall in the insurance cover.  Some insurance companies may impose restrictions on the length of time the home will be left unattended or take into account whether the home will be sublet when calculating their premiums so you may wish to give this some consideration.  There are a number of Companies that provide insurance cover for Leisure Homes.
