The wait is over. Our new model, the Wessex Gite was officially launched this morning at the Motorhome, Caravan and Camping show at London Excel. And the first visitors were extremely impressed with what they saw.
More than one person was overheard, just in the first hour, saying: 'This is amazing'. Another visitor said: 'This is so beautiful'. And someone else said: 'I could move in straight away'.
The Gite is a beautiful, elegant and sophisticated leisure lodge with a distinctly holiday feel. It's blending holidays at home with holidays abroad and bringing new choice to the UK holiday industry.
The Gite has high ceilings and an open plan living area for French style conversation. It has a carefully crafted kitchen of turtle dove grey cabinets and chapel oak worktops, and two gorgeous bedrooms; one with two sets of white wood bunk beds. The other is a calm, spacious and atmospheric sanctuary.
"We are very proud of all our models but the Gite gives us something new and different. It's the ideal holiday let.We're delighted it appeals so much to so many people" said Jon Day, Wessex's managing director.
