At Wessex you will find some of the most desirable, luxurious park homes and leisure lodges in the UK. We have one of the best model ranges of homes and lodges in the industry. So take a look, we are confident there will be a model that excites you.

We have more than fifty years experience designing and building high quality holiday lodges and residential park homes with character. We are very proud of the reputation we have built for quality, service, design and innovation but recognise that many of our customers love the fact that we continue to lead and innovate the ongoing development of concepts and new models.

Whilst everything we build is to BS3632 residential standard, we offer dwellings for two distinct markets:

Holiday leisure lodges/second homes:

Sometimes you need an escape from the City or the hectic day to day demand of normal living. You may want a holiday home where you can spend  happy, relaxing time  with your children and or grandchildren.  Each model from our range of 8 lodges , have their own distinct attributes and character and cater for a wide range of tastes and budgets from traditional, through contemporary, ecological and onto the ' down right fantastic’

Residential park homes:

Liberate and secure your retirement with a fully furnished, low maintenance park home from Wessex. We offer beautiful well planned inspirational designs with up to the minute fixtures and fittings to create the environment for comfy living park homes and therefore offer a wide range of traditional and contemporary designed homes for you to choose from. The only problem you’ll have is deciding which one to buy.

Also within our website you can use our Park Finder to find the parks in the UK where you can purchase either our park homes or holiday lodges. Using our Home Finder tool couldn’t be easier, and it will enable you to search the UK or by region to see which parks can accommodate which models or   already have them available on park.

Across the site we try to help with terminology and definitions used in the industry. Many terms such as "mobile home", "prefabricated house" "log cabins" and "modular home" are used frequently to describe park homes and holiday lodges. Our aim is to demystify and help support you at every stage of the buying process.
